Addresses Hultora will not email. Every send is checked against this list
first, for every agent and every customer, and a blocked address is refused.
Entries come from bounced email, from replies asking not to be contacted, and
from address checks that found a mailbox cannot receive mail. If one is here by
mistake, remove it.
